Sacred Pause journaling Workshop

As the year accelerates around us, this 75-minute session offers a place to come home — to soften tension, quiet static, and reconnect with yourself.

You will leave the 75-minute session restored and renewed of spirit.

Our time together includes:

  • grounding meditation

  • gentle, reflective journaling

  • intentional rest

    • Journaling is a tool, which transforms the multi-dimensional and often overwhelming nature of thoughts and concretizes them in two dimensions

    • Provides insight, clarity, and a safe space for thoughts to be explored

    • The physical act of writing with pen and paper slows down thoughts and allows one to intentionally explore and challenge individual thoughts

    • Studies show that journaling reduces stress and anxiety, inspires creativity and enhances critical thinking
