Hello, I’m Aparna.

I guide people to

s l o w d o w n,

listen,

pray, and

sing

at the altar of their own heart — so they can live sovereign,

rooted in self-belonging, and connect to their true self.

What I Offer

Through guided rituals, I help people reconnect with their inner worlds through meditation, journaling, and communion with the natural world.

These take shape in workshops, retreats, and online offerings designed to restore our relationship with what truly sustains us.

My work retrains the modern, overextended, exhausted human to engage with nature, body, and spirit as guides. Through ritual practice, we rebuild life-giving relationships with ourselves and the natural world.

This restores the weary. It nourishes the collective. It mends the world.

I hold true that connection is the cure, and that disconnection lies at the root of all dis-ease — both personal and collective.

MY PATH

As a Harvard-educated former corporate manager and lawyer, I've poured my energy into external pursuits in search of safety, belonging, and ease. But none of these existed at the top of the ladders I climbed.

Instead, it has been my long-standing practices of journaling and walking that have taught me — and continue to teach me — that safety, belonging, and ease are sourced from within.

There is no limit to the depth of connection and partnership we can cultivate with ourselves.

In Essence

I help people remember what they already know:

that the sacred is near, the medicine is within, and the path home to sovereignty and self-belonging begins by listening.
